How to buy?
Product selection
At the top of the Store page, there is a menu with product categories. By selecting a category, a page with a list of products will open. If you are not sure which category the product you are interested in belongs to, you can use the search button located below the logo on each page. In the field, you can type the product code, collection name, and similar information. You can also search using the filters located at the top of the page with listed products. If you have listed a group of products that interests you, you can see additional information about a specific product by clicking on the product itself. You can add the product to the cart by clicking on the „ADD TO CART“ button. If the product has defined options such as size, color, etc., it is necessary to select the desired options before adding it to the cart.
Cart contents
You can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon. At any time, the current amount in the cart will be displayed in that position. You can add products to the cart until you have ordered everything you want. You can remove the products you have added to the cart individually.
Ordering products from the cart
To order the products entered in the cart, you need to click on the „PAYMENT“ button, after which you will be shown a page for delivery details. On this page, you need to enter all the necessary information for delivery: name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number (required by the courier service for delivery arrangements). It is important to note that for a registered customer, the purchase process is much shorter because all the data is already known. Also, a registered user has the option to save multiple addresses. On the same page, you are able to choose the payment method: payment by payment cards during the purchase process on the site, cash on delivery at the time of delivery, or payment to the seller’s account.
Order confirmation
By clicking on the „SEND ORDER“ button, you will see a notification about the successfully sent order. We will send you a confirmation for the ordered items to the e-mail address you left when filling out the form as soon as possible.
