Complaints

When taking over the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage on it (torn parts and dents), you should not take over the package. In this case, please call us at +381 (0)63 244 512 or send us an e-mail with your information (name, surname, telephone) to office@sax.rs and state the reason why you refused to receive the package. We will inform you about further steps as soon as possible.

If you have received the shipment and, after opening the package, found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered goods or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please call us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment at +381 (0)63 244 512, or send an e-mail with your information (name, surname, telephone) to office@sax.rs and describe the problem you are experiencing. We will inform you about further steps as soon as possible.

If non-conformities appear on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please proceed in the manner defined in the Regulations on Consumer Complaints for goods purchased through the online store (you can download the regulations HERE).
