Dear users, please read the following terms carefully before using our services. Any visit to our site, as well as any purchase, implies that you have read these terms and agree with them in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this presentation.

The Terms of Use apply to all content and services of www.sax.rs. By using any part of the portal, users are deemed to be familiar with these terms and accept the use of the content of this portal exclusively for personal use and at their own risk.
SELLER hereby informs its valued customers who purchase goods through the website www.sax.rs:
- that the sale of goods through the website www.sax.rs is carried out within the registered business activity of S&SAX D.O.O BEOGRAD-Palilula, Tax ID: 100212724, Company Registration Number: 17309676, Address: Slanački Put 32 G, 11060 Belgrade – Palilula, Phone: +381 (0) 63 244 512;
- that the goods sold through the website www.sax.rs possess the properties necessary for the regular use of that type of goods in accordance with their intended purpose as defined in the Declaration;
- that the conformity of the goods to the contract is determined EXCLUSIVELY according to the properties and intended use of the goods as defined in the corresponding Declaration;
- that the selling price of the goods is indicated with each item, but may also differ from the actual price due to updates;
- that the possibility of purchasing goods with special price benefits and/or with special sales incentives (promotional sale) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the website www.sax.rs;
- that the photograph of the product or packaging in the online store is the same as the actual product or packaging, but may also differ due to changes made by the manufacturer;
- that the consumer who purchases goods through the website www.sax.rs can pay cash on delivery at the time of delivery, by payment slip at the post office or bank, or by payment card (if enabled);
- that when creating an order form, by clicking on the SEND ORDER button, the consumer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods;
- that for all orders with a value over RSD 20,000.00, delivery is free! For orders under RSD 20,000.00, delivery is charged RSD 450.00, regardless of the total order amount.;
- that in the event of non-conformity of the goods to the contract, the consumer has the right to file a complaint in the manner defined in the Rulebook on Handling Consumer Complaints for goods purchased through the ON LINE store, which can be downloaded HERE. The consumer can find the Complaint Request form on the page – Complaints;
- that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract (cancel the purchase) within 14 days from the date of delivery, without stating the reason for withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer bears the costs of returning the goods. More detailed instructions for withdrawing from the contract can be found on the page – Right of Withdrawal.
General provisions
SELLER holds the copyright to all content (textual, visual and audio materials, databases, programming code). Unauthorized use of any part of the portal, without the permission of the copyright holder, is considered a violation of copyright and is subject to legal action.
SELLER administers this site from its offices located in Serbia. It makes no representation that the materials or services on this site are appropriate or available for use outside of Serbia, and access from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. You may not use or export, or import for export, the materials or services on this site or any copying or adaptation in violation of applicable laws or regulations, including, without limitation, Serbia’s export laws and regulations. If you choose to access this site from outside of Serbia, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

Material submitted by the user (comments and other content)
Personal data that you submit to www.sax.rs for the purpose of obtaining products or services will be treated in accordance with our online privacy document. You are prohibited from sending or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.
SELLER does not want to receive confidential or other information from you on this site that it cannot freely dispose of. Any material, information or other communication you transmit or send to this site will not be considered confidential and non-proprietary. SELLER has no obligations with respect to such communications. Our employees may copy, disclose, distribute, apply or otherwise use the communications and all data, images, sounds, text and all other materials contained therein for any or all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Of course, your personal data is not included in this group of data. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we use them only for internal use, we do not disclose or forward them to third parties, but use them exclusively for the purpose of processing your orders.

SELLER may, but has no obligation to, monitor or review any part of the site where users transmit or post communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to user forums, as well as the content of any such communications. However, SELLER is not responsible for the content of any of the above communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity or otherwise. SELLER reserves the right to remove messages that contain material that we deem indecent, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unacceptable.
All information related to buyer-store transactions is considered a business secret and must be treated in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
SELLER has the right to change these terms of sale or privacy policy at any time.
Data processing when visiting the website
When using certain functionalities (applications, requests) on our site in the contact form, requests for offers for the sale of goods, requests for receiving news, information and promotions… SELLER processes your personal data (personal identity data and contact information) only if you have voluntarily provided it on our website in order to use our services and products. This personal data may include name, surname, e-mail, telephone number and / or other contact information and will be used in accordance with the privacy policy and the purpose for which you left them.
Protection of user privacy
On behalf of SELLER, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers / users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the option of choice, including the option to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All data about users/customers is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of SELLER (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most modern cryptographic technology currently available.
Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process takes place on the bank’s pages. At no time is payment card data available to our system.
Refund
In the event of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or fully, and regardless of the reason for the return, SELLER is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, refund the funds to the card user’s account.
VAT statement
VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.
Conversion statement
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for the informative display of prices in other currencies. The amount that will be charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same according to the exchange rate used by card organizations, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our site.
Delivery information
The online store www.sax.rs, managed by S&SAX D.O.O BEOGRAD-Palilula, Tax ID: 100212724, Company Registration Number: 17309676, Address: Slanački Put 32 G, 11060 Belgrade – Palilula, Phone: +381 (0) 63 244 512; has a signed contract with BEX courier service through which delivery is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Delivery times
After you have confirmed the order, you will receive confirmation of the ordered products to your e-mail address that you provided when creating the order. From that moment, for all orders received by 3 PM from Monday to Friday, the estimated delivery time is from 24h to 48h (working days) for the entire territory of the Republic of Serbia. The usual delivery time is 2 working days. In the event that the order is made over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), delivery is made as for orders received on Monday – i.e. the next working day. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.
Taking over the shipment
Couriers bring shipments to the delivery address in the period from 8 AM to 4 PM. Please ensure that there is a person at the address during that period who can take over the shipment. The articles will be packed so that they cannot be damaged by normal handling of goods in transport. When taking over the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package to ensure that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately. If the shipment appears to be undamaged, feel free to take over the shipment and sign the delivery note to the courier.
The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that, if the first delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will call you on the phone number you left when creating the order form and arrange a new delivery date. If he still does not find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and arrange for resending.
Delivery price for the territory of the Republic of Serbia
Delivery is free for all orders over RSD 20,000.00! For orders under RSD 20,000.00, delivery is charged RSD 450.00, regardless of the total order amount.
The delivery price or free delivery includes delivery of packages up to 5kg to the customer’s address. For packages over 5kg and packages of larger dimensions, an additional charge is possible, for which the customer will certainly be informed after the verification with the courier services.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Sl.gl.RS No. 62/2014), we inform you that you have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you.

Our operators will ask you for information about the items you want to return and the order number, after which you will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions for further action, as well as with the document, i.e. statement.
- The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, i.e. outside business premises, by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract if it is sent to the trader within 14 days from the day the goods came into the possession of the consumer, i.e. a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier.
- The statement of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is sent to the trader. After the expiration of the 14-day period from the day the buyer sent the withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned.
- By withdrawing from the contract, you are released from all obligations, except for the obligation to pay the costs related to sending the goods back due to withdrawal from the contract. Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, the original invoice and form – statement of withdrawal from the contract must be attached.
- Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for the defectiveness or damage of the product that is the result of inadequate handling of the product, i.e. the buyer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the product that occurs as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, i.e. exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that the defectiveness or damage to the product occurred due to the buyer’s fault, the refund of the price will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.
- Article 33. Consumer Protection Law
- If the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, it is considered that the contract has not been concluded and the obligations prescribed in Articles 34 and 35 of this law arise.
- The trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, and after receipt of the product. In the case of a contract for the sale of goods concluded outside business premises or at a distance, the trader is obliged to return to the consumer the funds he paid under the contract when he receives or takes over the goods that he delivered to the consumer under the contract, i.e. when he receives proof that the consumer sent the goods to the trader, regardless of which of these actions the consumer took first.
Complaints
When taking over the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage on it (torn parts and dents), you should not take over the package. In this case, please call us by phone at +381 (0)63 244 512 or send us an e-mail with your data (name, surname, telephone) to office@sax.rs and state the reason why you refused to take over the package. We will inform you about further steps as soon as possible.
If you have received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods or the data on the invoice is not correct, please call us by phone at ++381 (0)63 244 512, no later than 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment, or send an e-mail with your data (name, surname, telephone) to office@sax.rs and describe what problem you have. We will inform you about further steps as soon as possible.
If non-conformities appear on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please act in the manner defined by the Rulebook on Consumer Complaints for goods purchased through the online store (you can download the rulebook HERE).
